Halloween 2012

This might be our last year that Charli doesn't pick her costume.  I picked Minnie Mouse this year because she loved Minnie and Mickey when we went to Disneyland earlier this year.  It was unusually warm on Halloween this year.  Charli loved trick or treating this year, her favorite candy was any suckers.

And, we are having another GIRL! We are due March 13, 2013.  We are so excited to have another girl in our family.

Charli Turns Two

 Charli got to open a present first thing in the morning, followed by a birthday breakfast.  I sang Happy Birthday to her and she blew out the candles. Then she wanted to do it over again.

 We went down to the park and had a picnic for her party.  They were lighting up the hot air balloons at dusk that night so we went to see those too.

 She played frisbee with Jacob and opened lots of presents.

 Then on Sunday we had another party for her with more presents.

 Where is grandpa?

Happy Birthday Charli.  We love you and we are glad you are in our family, you make us laugh.

Summertime!

 We have loved living in Boise this summer.  We have spent a handful of Saturdays up at the lake boating and getting muddy in the sand.  Charli loves seeing Lucy and Millie practically everyday.

 Here are a few pictures from the 4th of July.  My mom made the girls matching 4th of July dresses.

 Here we are getting ready for the "Parade."  For the last few years we have done a parade, everyone decorates their bikes (and themselves) and we walk around the neighborhood.

 A week ago we went ice blocking at Simplot's Hill.  Charli loved it and kept wanting to go again.

 Here Jacob comes down from the very top by himself, his legs were all over the place and he was flying.  I wish I could have gotten it on video.

 Here our big girl goes by herself! ( well only a few feet )

Our summer has been great, we have had lots of fun and lots to do.  Now onto fall!

Arrow Rock 2012

 My brother Gavin is such a good uncle to the girls.  They absolutely love him.

 Here Charli is "helping" my dad drive the boat.  She kept looking for the horn. When she would honk it she thought she was really funny.

 My dad took this picture of us in the water.  I was a little nervous to hand the camera down into the water but, it made it out safe and we got a really good picture.

 Jacob found a log and used it for a raft.

After fishing all day, Jacob caught a fish right before we left.  We had a good day up at the lake.  Can't wait to go up with Grady, he gets home on Wednesday!
